Wedding at the Hilton RTP NC

I am soo behind on blogging these days, you could say wedding season is in full force for me. Maria and Jeremy's wedding was to take place outside at the Hilton RTP, Raleigh,NC but Maria decided that morning it was going to be too hot. Her dream had always been for it to be outside and was worried that pictures inside wouldn't be pretty. Well I think after Maria sees these wedding pictures she wont feel that way anymore.

Maria decided she wanted to do all the formal pictures before the ceremony and wanted to do a "first look" with Jeremy so she would not have to take any pictures during cocktail hr. I must say I had never shot everything before the ceremony, there have always been more photographs to get after the wedding, but we did it. I must say I love the full bridal party picture. Yes I can totally take credit for making everyone laugh. These type pictures are what I think really tell a story of a wedding. Pure happiness. I want my couples to look through their wedding photos and feel that feeling all over again.

The Hilton RTP in NC is a beautiful wedding venue. I loved the pink lighting Maria had added to the reception. Emily with Your Special Day Weddings and Special Events was the wedding planner. I loved working with Emily, she had a true calmness about her which I think is an important trait for a wedding planner.
